Yes. NAZ.it offers a 7-day return or exchange policy, subject to product condition and our Return & Exchange Policy. The laptop must meet eligibility requirements such as being unused and in original packaging.

Activated IT and laptop products are not eligible for return. Opened products may be accepted only in specific cases and may be subject to a restocking fee.

If your laptop is dead on arrival or not functioning, please contact us immediately. After verification by our team or an authorized service center, the product will be replaced or refunded.

    Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
