  • Products must be unopened and sealed

    • Stationery
    • Personal care & hygiene items
      are not returnable

Supermarket Products:

  • Consumables & fresh food: Within 24 hours
  • Non-consumable products: Within 7 days

DOA Marketplace Products:

  • Return or exchange after seller verification
  • Processing time: Up to 7 business days

Marketplace Inspection

  • Products must be inspected before signing the POD
  • Damage reported after POD signing will not be accepted

Policy Highlights

  • Standard NAZ.it return, exchange, and warranty policy does not apply
  • Defective products must be returned within 7 days of purchase after verification

Warranty for Open Box Products

  • 6-month warranty from the date of purchase
  • Warranty becomes invalid if:
    • Product is tampered with
    • Product is opened
    • Physical or liquid damage is found
